First of all the positive: the spaetzle tasted good and was appetizing. For that 1 star. The salad didn't taste that good. The waitresses were both a bit overwhelmed, one was also rather unfriendly. Some people from our group had to wait a long time for their food (2 hours). Even though the group was registered. We have been here once a year so it was better organized, although the waiting time was also around 45 minutes.

It may be that the service is better with fewer visitors - so I can only describe my personal experiences from the past few years (we are here once a year). One of the waitresses feels like she doesn't like her job (grim and always pampy / unfriendly - even if you order in a normal / friendly manner). The other waitress was ok. Both waiters either took drinks or food, never both at the same time; In addition, we were asked about the food first - that's unusual, but not too bad. Unfortunately, the waitresses never remembered where they took which order. With more than 50 people in the restaurant, in my opinion it is impractical if the waitresses have to ask themselves all the rows for each drink. It wasn't a bit better with the food either. We had to wait over 2 hours for our food after ordering. In addition to our schnitzel, we simply received potato wedges instead of the ordered french fries - and without any further comment. When asked, it was said that French fries were out. A few minutes later, other guests received French fries. You don't really feel comfortable as a guest. Instead of a normal spaetzle portion, a small portion was served. But after the long waiting time, we didn't want to wait any longer and accepted this. The spaetzle tasted good and "saved" a star. The salad was a bit sloppy, but also tasted good. The food is very mixed. Sometimes you get very tasty dishes, other times the food is still not completely salted through (and I'm normally very tolerant). You cannot pay by credit card, which should be standard nowadays. We don't like to come back here.

Food is borderline, service in the service is unfriendly - poured guest full of sauce, did not apologize ... Food came partly cold and incomplete on the table ...
